After a very encouraging first year we are going to keep our competitive rates the same. The rates below are the same special introductory prices, so be sure to take advantage  of them before they are gone.                           *  2008/2009 Weekly Rental Rates * Off Season Apr 22 - Dec 15 On Season Dec 16 - Apr 21     $1,150/week (1-2 persons) $1,250/week (3 persons) $1,450/week (4 persons) $1,750/week (1-2 persons) $1,850/week (3 persons) $2,150/week (4 persons) Holidays **see below $2,675/week These rates are based on seven nights. We have a minimum stay of four nights, which is pro-rated at $200 a night in off season and $300 a night in on season; plus an additional $100 short term stay charge.  A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is fully refundable if there is a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. Within two weeks of arrival, 50% of deposit is refundable; deposit is non-refundable after that.
